Spotlight Service: Colon Hydrotherapy

Testimonial from Jelena Flemming: Long Term Essential Health and Wellness Client

Written by Brandi McMurry

Digestive concerns are one of the most common reasons people will schedule an appointment with their doctor. One of my top priorities as a colon hydrotherapist is normalizing digestive health conversations.

We take confidentiality seriously at Essential Health and Wellness. We are committed to helping you create a plan to reach your health and wellness goals holistically.

I had the honor of interviewing a long-term client about colonics, and here is her testimonial story.

Question Answer Session with Jelena Fleming

Q: Why did you first become interested in colon hydrotherapy?

A: In my quest for good health and weight loss, I became interested in colon hydrotherapy. Four years ago, I had my first open colon hydrotherapy in Denver, Colorado, and I felt great afterward. The moment I got back to Missouri, I knew I wanted to try colonics.

Colon Hydrotherapy can be administered with an open system or a closed system. We use a closed system at Essential Health.

Q: How have colonics personally improved your digestion and/or physical health and wellness?

A: My digestion, health, and wellness have improved since I started colonics. I'm attentive to what goes into my body, I get better sleep, and I have regular bowel movements after paying attention to my diet.

Q: Do you have any words of wisdom to share with the person who is considering a colonic for the first time?

A: I definitely recommend it! Your body will thank you for it! Plus, Brandi is THE BEST colon hydrotherapist. She's always there to answer questions, and she cares about her patients. After (my mom had) an unpleasant first experience with open hydrotherapy in a different area, Brandi helped my mom love closed colonics. Brandi was empathetic and compassionate towards my mom's uncomfortable experience with open colonics. During the session, Brandi explained to my mom about the closed colonic process and detailed every step. Brandi's warm caring spirit during the session made my mom feel comfortable going forward with closed colonics.

Q: Is there anything else that you would like to add?

A: The staff at Essential Wellness are just awesome. They're friendly and compassionate. They are also affordable. A colonic hydrotherapy membership for $70 a month is a steal! Especially if you're on a tight budget. I believe taking care of your body shouldn't break the bank!
